Performance Claims

Performance Claims is a web-based provider of products and services doing business with domestic property and casualty insurance companies. Insurance Services offers an end-to-end software suite that allows our customers to enhance service, tighten processes, reduce work effort and reduce the overall expense associated with managing collision claims. This is accomplished via trading partner "Hub" architecture allowing insurance companies to communicate their collision rules, assign new claims, maintain a network of key collision shops, transmit and audit collision estimates and actively manage the process via performance-based reporting.
