Giving a presentation and want to make sure those annoying alerts announcing an incoming e-mail don’t pop up?
Just follow these directions:
1. Go to Tools and select Options.
2. Open the Preferences tab and click on E-mail Options.
3. Click on Advanced E-mail Options.
4. Uncheck the box next to :Display a New Mail Desktop Alert.
